Went to the dealership this morning to pick up some front brake pads and seen this at the front door. It's a $3999 option that includes the 18" wheels, rear lip spoiler, sport emblems, and body kit. Don't know if it's still just a southeast region thing.

Interesting....must be a SW region thing as they have nothing like that in AZ.
I agree with hghflyrjd1....if the 4k is for wheels, emblems, and a few body enhancements, it's not worth it...maybe if they put in the 'sport suspension' button?

If it had new major things to make it REALLY SPORTY besides LOOK sporty. The body kit is nice but the rest Ehh.I rather keep my 19s over those BBS style wheels.
I like the body kit but the overall car, or 'kit' is lacking. It's so typical of so many dealerships - slap a few parts (or decals) and a set of rims on a car and call it a special edition or sport model and charge an exorbitant fee.
To complete the look on that particular car, in my opinion, it needs to be lowered (there's way too much gap in the wheelwell) and tint the windows. But that's just my thinking...
yeah, I feel the same way. Those were the same wheels that came on my car and I hated them. Now that I know they got that kit available for purchase beside from the dealer I might go ahead and get a 2011 avalon. That price is for a primed kit, painted is +$400 but that's still not a bad price.

True...that add on price for a true paint match is not bad at all....and would be worth it if you like the kit and the way it looks...
