ATF or Brake fluid in power steering

Hi guys hope u could help me out, yet again. Was doing a bunch of fluid changes on my 07 limited 56k miles (oil-mobil1 5w30 and filter- purolator pure1, coolant- super long life, and ATF WS) When I got to the power steering fluid it surely doesn't look like dexron ATF like the cap says to use. It's not red in color and looks more like brake fluid. Was wondering what all other Avalon owners have in their power steering. I read somewhere u could use either in power steering. Why would the dealer (I guess) use something other than stated on the cap. R there pros to using brake fluid in there?

That is how the factory fluid is. Use Dextron III.
I changed the fluid with Valvoline Dex/Merc about 1k ago.

atf... dex III.... for p/s fluid.... I would stick with the factory oil filter though...
