Rear speaker wire access no subwoofer

I want to add a sub woofer to my 2006 Toyota Avalon since I don't have the factory one.

I just need to access the rear speaker wires so I can wire up my high to low level converter, and I don't want to tear up my nice car in the process.

How can I access the speaker wires? i know the speakers are in the doors but if someone has a wiring diagram or something or they know where I can access the rear speaker wires besides the doors, can you let me know? Or has anyone removed the door speakers? Any help much appreciated.

I think the easiest place to locate and tap the rear door speaker wires would be behind the center pillar lower trim panel. My recollection is you have to pull off both front and rear door sill trim pieces to remove it.

Look for the place where the flexible rubber wire conduit between body and door terminates. Wire colors are:
Left side positive - Yellow
Left side negative - Black
Right side positive - Red
Right side negative - White

I was able to successfully tap into the wires but I think I have my amp/sub hooked up incorrectly that's a different story. Thanks for the good info.
