I need lug nut help 2005-07 Avalon

I just ordered a set of 05-07, Avalon 17" factory 8 spoke alloys for my 05 Camry. Everywhere I look leads me in a different direction for lug nuts. Some show cone seat, some bulge and other show the short shank with the washer. I believe that the short shank with the washer is correct, but I would like to hear from Avalon owners. I would love to have the locks and lug nuts on the way before the rims get here. Also, if anyone can confirm that the bore diameter for the center cap is 2 1/2", that would be helpful also.
