Has anyone had a problem with the washer bottle hose coming off? I had this problem after highway driving in 07. The hose fits tight. I glued it after the second time. Was on highway last week and it came off again. Not sure what is going on, if the bottle is pressuring up blowing it off or what.

Yup - known issue. Toyota issued a TSP on it that calls for the dealership to replace the hose and install a clamp. I got mine done while it was still under warranty.

Thanks Tom. Did it say what is the cause of this problem? Is the bottle pressuring up? I glued my back on and will pick up a clamp too.

Secure it with a hose clamp. Did this on the 07, no more problems.
