Wiring Diagram and Tape player remove in 07 avalon

Quick questions:

1 - looking for a wiring diagram (schematic) for 07 avalon - I am going to install headrest TV's this weekend and would like a switched power lead close to the from seat bases or center console.

2 - Also would like to put a blank or open box (cubbie) where the darn tape deck is. Have no idea why an '07 would have a tape deck, but would like to get rid of it.

Thanks,
Brian

The fastest, easiest way to get the wiring diagram would be to pay for a two-day access to Toyota's Technical Information System which runs $15. Given the cost of the TV system you're installing, the TIS expense is negligible.

BTW, to Toyota Nation!

Ttis?

Thanks for the info - I agree that would be worth the money - how do I get to that area (link) to purchase?

Group - I can only find one thread of replacing the crazy tape player - has nobody else tried to replace? I was thinking even just a cubby or pocket would be better than a tape player??

Thanks,
Brian

tried tis

I guess I am not smart enough to read all those schematics or not really finding what I am looking for.. : ) I was really just wanting to know what would be a good wire running down the door channel on the driver and passenger sides to hook the tv power up to so they would be hot when car is on. The schematic are very detailed, but cant really just find something telling me what runs in down that channel and color wire.. Don't really know if that exists. I have them wired through the cig lighter at the moment and all is good. Will test wires I guess and find one that will work, unless anyone knows a good color..

Thanks,
Brian
