Rim Size Increase - MPH Calculations/Adjust

For those that have chosen to increase wheel size, how have you updated your speedometer to display accurately? Is this a dealer provided service or is there a DIY method?

I am looking to pick up a set of 19" rims.

Thanks.

That helps me decide what range to stay in thanks. Was looking more for how to recalculate the spedo to match new tire sizes so all fuel, speed, and distance calculations within the PCM are correct.
