New Owner with some audio questions

Hi, I am the new and proud owner of a 2006 Avalon Limited w/navigation. I wanted a little info from some veteran owners. I want to interface the nav to use the factory nav and be able to switch to use a rear back-up camera and an aftermarket single din DVD player. Has anyone done this with success as I would like to know the items needed? I would prefer plug and play but if none are available i will rewire however necessary, just looking for a little guidance if anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated. Also, any IPOD adapters that would allow me to play my IPOD using maybe my satellite port or other options? I have the JBL Synthesis radio w/6 disc in dash changer and 12 speakers. I kinda wished I had not gotten factory nav radio so I could just change the head unit and make it easy, something has to work in conjuction with factory radio/nav. Thanks in advance

Would replacing these oil hoses be covered under my extended warranty? Is it betterr to ask for the metal hose vs the rubber hose to prevent this leak because it seems that this is a recurring problem? Just got away from one problem car and dont want to inherit another problem car.
