87A to 30 is your normally closed circuit; the LEDs will light up with the taillights.
When the Brake is engaged, the relay will trigger and the LEDs will be powered by a higher voltage and/or current through pin 87 = brighter.
This looks like it could work. I got a friend whos really good with this stuff, he wired up my fogs, ill just ask him and see what he thinks. If i figure it out ill post up something.
