Kocho did a drum to disc conversion on his Gen 4 Camry and has posted a DIY in the past. Gen 4 and Gen 5 are somewhat different, but you may find the DIY useful.

How did you fit 28" wheels on your car? That rim alone is larger than the overall diameter of the original wheel.
