That's a very reasonable opinion. Far more reasonable than

Physician, heal thyself.
The place to start deprogramming is at home. Start by not assuming
that every family with more than two kids who is on welfare is a
"moocher". That is a very dangerous assumption which leads to things
like ethnic cleansing, for instance. My guess is that most families on
welfare would rather not be.
