I knew you were kidding, that's why I mentioned it LOL
This wasn't voluntary - it was something to install on multiple DUI
offenders.
In the demonstration I saw, the main thing that concerned them was that the
system couldn't really be calibrated properly.
I don't think it'll work, anyway.
