the body lift would not have affected the brake lines between the frame and suspension. Raising the torsion bars will only move the suspension with in the stock limits so that won't be a problem. Raising the rear suspension with shackles will allow for more extension than was designed for so you should check the rear brake hose to make sure you are not stretching it with the suspension fully extended.

As was mentioned before, jacking up the front that much with the torsion bars will adversly effect the ride and handling.
