not on the inside... I went by a cheklist for all the inside parts in the rebuild, plus 50 years previous knowledge. I used the parts list in reassembly, plus it would not be running nice now if I had left parts out of the inside..

It definetely doesn look like anyting on the outside, it must have been mixed up with your parts somehow.
As for my idle....I know how to set it and its supposed to be at 650 for a manual trans. Im fine with it being at 900, but it just didnt seem right that it would get rough/stumbly any lower than that.
