Question on replacing outer door handle, 1992 DX

I already have the part. Is there anything I need to know about (heads up) before I dive into this? Part only has the door handle assembly, black, with no tumbler. I assume the old one would be removed outwards. Ballpark figure--how long does it take?

Already know to remove inner door panel too. I'm just worried about screwing up the lock system. Do I need to remove the door glass in order to access the mechanism?
