A friend of mine has a 1998 saturn SL that was totalled after he crashed into someone, lots of body damage is done but the majority of the mechanical components are in great shape. This leads my to my question, can my 91 corolla, with a 4-100 bolt pattern, accept his saturn's disc brakes, also with a 4-100 bolt pattern? Would this work or does brake design vary too much from makes/models? Thanks!

I think the brake discs would be too different, the offset, the thickness, the diameter, etc. The only thing that would be the same would be the bolt pattern.

Theres always a possibility of installing them with some fabrication.
