transmission drain and fill at 15K ?

My dealer suggest the above service done during the 15K service. This is for a 05 Corolla LE.
is that too soon for transmission service? Any thought? Besides the cost, Is there any downside changing the transmission fluid too often?

the dealer is trying to make extra money for services not needed. change it and the coolant every 30k miles. I'd write toyota headquarters about that because its not right pulling that on customers.

I agree with 01, that sounds like a scam to me, every 30k is all you need. You might consider getting a complete tranny flush at 30k. I have a 96 Corolla and have it done every 30k on the tranny flush, it comes out black the tech says every time. Alot of load on auto trans with a 4 cyl engine IMO.
