which synthetic oil is good?

I'm using mobil 1 right now, I can feel the different after oil change. :o It is good, but it is getting wrost after 3000kms. :x
Esso and Castrol synthetic oil are no different, no feeling after oil change. it just like regular engine oil.

Tranmission oil?
I'm using Castrol Synthetic oil, it's just fine in summer time. In winter time, it is very hard to shift when I doing cold start! : Any other brand is better in winter time? or all the Synthetic oil are like this?

Motul is awesome, now where's my sticker??? hehe Not all Motul products are expensive as their motor oils, I'm using Motul 600 RBF (15$) for my brakes and Motul 90-PA (20$ per 2 litre can) for my lsd.

i've heard but haven't tried Redline, Royal purple oil is good. But i don't see them in stores, so i use mobil 1, which they recent have been reformulated with super syn. dunno what the heck it is but Mobil says it has better protection now.

I'm running Red Line in my '03 LE. It made the engine CONSIDERABLY quieter within 100 miles after putting it in. The MPG increased and has a little more get up and go.

Although I feel that Red Line oils are superior products I will swith to M1 SS after my supply is gone. It's simply a matter of money and convenience.
