i dont know about lasting longer but they will perform more consistantly.

125 front wheel horsepower with major retard issues between 4500-5200RPM -
OD switched off, even when not in 3rd results in major power loss/rpm drop.

Are you sure it got better throttle response?

It was probably biased. If one person tested the car stock...then the team regrounded it with the person watching...then the same person tested it again...that person would just assume it had better response because they knew what was getting done.

Your mind can play tricks on you...

i installed a grounding kit on my 05 rolla S...and the truth is that at first i did not feel anything...but then i re-thought it...and I moved the ground points to different points on the engine and tranny...and the car now starts up quicker...when warming up its all the way up to 2k (when it use to warm up at about 1.5k)...and it ideals at a steady 1k...(before it use to bounce around between 800-1100)

things are just little things that I've noticed...the throttle does feel a bit more responsive...I would recommend the mod...it worked for me...

If you have a problem, or a weak grounding system to begin with, yes they will help. If you are running a large stereo, yes they will help.

But adding HP? Throttle response? No.
