Does anyone know what's the new toyota headgasket made of?

Just a thought, from nowhere... The old toyota head gaskets are made from composite material, which over time will eventually blow ( although takes many many years ). Does anyone know what kind of material and technology they use for their new engines nowadays?

I think its pretty much the same, the composite gasket wont really blow because of old age, they usually blow due to an aging related problem, like a waterpump failure.

You can get metal headgaskets, a copper laminate with o rings that does a great job.
If you are at the stage of fixing an older headgasket, then that is the way to go.

Copper gaskets generally weep a bit of coolant, which is normal. Unless you're running very high boost, I'd say go with the regular gasket.

oh ,I'm not really changing head gasket right now. Back when I was changing a 4AGE's gasket, the replacement from toyota looked alot different from the one I blew, still composite though. However, the intake manifold gasket I got was really cool, some kinda of acrylic that has a bulging rim in the middle so it press fits perfectly without any sealant. Alot different from the old 15 years old. So I was just curious about what type of material they use nowadays.

Corteco may have a whiteseal gasket for you.
They are the amalgamation of NOK and Freudenburg.
I think NOK is an OEM supplier to Toyota. Some of the seals look the same.
