Plz help, not a rolla expert

Hey guys, i am not that familiar with this forum and couldn't find my way around it that well. But i was trying to find out how to remove the door trims on a Rolla (AE 92) i think... its my gf's car so im not 100% sure if thats wat it is... anyways. i just wanna know how to remove the window winders and the door trim so that i can install cenral locking for her. The window winder is my main problem area. Or ulternatively, do you guys know where i can get it done really cheap? dont wanna pay any more than around $50.

theres a split pin/clip holding the winder in.. various knives and pliers will get it out.

a car audio shop will pull em off in about 20 seconds for free. like wel, a friendly one, just ask em ya need a bit og assistance.

just remember its harder to put on then to take off.
