Question Where can I find a 1C shop manual

I've a 1C type 1900cc diesel engine in my '92 Corolla. It seems that these are relatively rare. My car was manufactured in Japan and sold here (Ireland) as a used import vehicle. I would love to get my hands on a shop manual for the engine, but I'm lost as to where to find one. Any suggestions?

Paul.

Well, It's a very old diesel, I can get 750km from 45 litres if I drive gently and over inflate my tyres slightly.

My problem is that I have a coolant leak. I'd like to solve it myself, but without a shop manual, I think it will be a trip to the local garage.

3 reasons why not:
- No funds for the gear.
- Beyond my technical capability
- If I did, my insurance rates would increase.

Turboing a diesel is easy as shit
Get a turbo, stick it in and add some more feed from the diesel pump

"If I did, my insurance rates would increase."

#1 rule of modifying a vehicle: Dont tell the insurance company.
If you do, they raise your rates supposedly to cover the things you added, but in reality if you do get into an accident you won't even get close to the amount that you paid for the modifications.

Idk if things are different in Ireland, but that's what's what over here =)

But anywho, I have no idea where you would get that manual.
I tried EBay and Google and got nothing =/
Maybe you'll have better luck.
