My exhaust manifold project

Well I've been doing my new exhaust manifold, heres a pic... I'm not 100% satisfied with the welds so I might redo it, dunno yet.

not bad the fillet welds to the flange look decent but id redo the weld to the T section. what kinda machine you using? if its a stick machine crank up the power.... if thats all the power you got use a smaller electrode 5/64 or 1/16 maybe 6013 although thats most likely what your using. if its mig same more power or smaller electrode .23 or .30 wire. also if you just cant get the output power from the above. try preheating the welds with a torch if you have one.

I'm using a mig with 0.8mm wire
Yeah the T bar looks like crap, I'll admit that fact, I'm still working on this, this is a prototype.
