20v silvertop came (AFM) with a 5-speed
20v blacktop (MAP) came with either a 5-speed or a 6-speed.

search dude, there's plenty of 3SGE powered AE86s already, I think there's a couple of them on club4ag, so I don't think a 3SGTE powered AE86s is not far from happening. We have a 3SGTE powered Starlet on the board courtesy of mr Ryan kp61.

As for 4AGE 20V motors.. there are plenty of automatics coming out of Japan, both 20Vs were available in auto, but the power difference is BIG an auto 20V is rated at 20hp LESS than the manuals.

There no difference to the motors between manual and auto. They have a slightly different wiring loom but same power output.

Not from what I've heard.. autos seem to be detuned and the ECU seems to be the one programmed for it. A couple of people running 20V with Auto ECUs complain of it being too slow, then as soon as the Auto ECU is changed to the manual one the car does gain the power.
