AE92 Okay help me pls: AE92 GT-S Clutch

Okay I'm having problems with my clutch still me and my dad checked the Clutch fluid its all good and what not filled the transmission up with the recommended fluid and did a few tests for checking the transmission one was put the clutch in and a few seconds after put it in reverse if it grinds this is wrong(dont remember what and i got the book in my car) and the other one was to hold the clutch out about half an inch and shit from first then to reverse a few times and there was no grinding. Anyways so this is whats happening:

When I was making a delivery a few times coming up to the stop lights i was holding in the brakes and the clutch with it in 1st i noticed it started rattling like it was gonna stall then i let out the brake and it started to crawl forward(it was the engine not a hill) and this has happened a few times or some variation of that it was like the clutch wasnt disengaging when i had the pedal all the way down, also a few times taking off it feels different like weird, and i beleive it slips a little bit sometimes but im not really sure what slipping feels like... pls help. thx.

unless the hydraulic fluid is pristine like clear id try changing it, even if it looks clean its worth the $3.00 in fluid to try this could be air affecting the master cyl or crap in the lines affecting either end...

good test push the clutch down and hold it down, even jamb a stick of wood between the seat and the pedal leave it of a few minutes 15 maybe then see if it has leaked down?

the other thing that comes to mind although kinda daunting..could be the clutch dampeners in the friction disc have desintegrated and bits of that are getting stuck between the pressure plate/dics/ flywheel

id chase the hydraulics down first, PS if you do find a problem with the hydraulics you can buy rebuild kits for both the master and the slave for a fraction of replacing them..

I would suggest doing a transmission flush, this could get rid of whatever crap is in the transmission and could smoothen out the shifts. I'm getting one done maybe this weekend as my shifts are pretty rough sometimes too.

nononono, i mean bypassing internally, the release point will get closer to the floor the longer you hold the pedal down
