Exhaust Questions

I am considering reworking my entire exhaust next summer, so I'd like to start picking up parts soon, but I have a few questions. I'll probably go with cheaper parts off ebay for the Catalytic Converter (I will get a certified one, not a test pipe), resonator, and muffler ( I want one that looks nice, but I don't need ripping loud) Here's my concerns:

Header: does anyone make a reasonably priced header for 98-02? I have a 2000 Prizm, and I would stay with the stock manifold, but I keep going through gaskets where it joins the down pipe due to the horrible motor mount setup on these cars.

Pipe to connect all this stuff together. Since I would be going with a bunch of universal type aftermarket parts, how much could I expect to pay to connect it all together with custom bent pipe? I was thinking 2.25" for the whole system. Also, how would I put in the O2 sensors? I'd imagine I could use universal O2 sensors since I could have them threaded to whatever I need, and that would save money too. Let me hear your thoughts, since I have some time to think about it.

A shop can do a press bend aluminum dipped steel cat back system for less then 180 in So. Cal. If you have you own muffler 130 will do it .
