Installing TRD Short Shifter

I'm gonna be installing my TRD Short Shifter this weekend.
I'm gonna be taking pictures step-by -step and put together a DIY instruction of the install.
If anyone has any tips or pointers before I tear my interior apart I would greatly appreciate it!

Also, the kit comes with a TRD shift knob, so I now have an extra shift knob.
FOR SALE: Leather wrapped (black) MOMO universal shift knob, really nice. You'd have a hard time finding one under $75, I am willing to sell this one for $30

Well I got it installed with minimal trouble, other than having to take apart most of the dash just to get at all the screws holding the centre console in place!! :razz:
The shifter feels great now and is definately shorter.
No more wasted RPMs!!

where do u get your trd short shifter?? also do u know which store able to order TRD stuff?

I got it at Erin Mills Lexus Toyota.
The one guy in the parts department is really up on his TRD knowledge. He carries the catalogue around like it's his bible!!
His name is Graydon. Good guy.
I think almost any dealer can get you TRD parts now, just be willing to pay the $$$
