The only way I know of doing it is a hammer and a chisel or an air chisel. I have personally done it both ways. You just have to be careful to not damage the rim.

Or you could weld a nut on there, ot find a socket that fits on there, just barely, pound it on with a hammer and take it off, you may need to heat up the socket to remove the, lug.

When we took my GF's Civic to get certified, the mechanic had to take the tires off to check the brakes and the owner forgot to leave the key in the car for the wheel locks, the mechanic told me he had a tool that would get them out, all he needed was my permission to do it, but then I would need new lugs as they would be useless. I said no, and I called the owner of the car.

What about the gator grip socket? The one with the pins in it, that is supposed to fit any socket. I'm not sure how big it is, or if it would be strong enough. Just a thought.

My Girlfriend's brother used a drill to take the rims off his recently purchased used car...lets just say that the outcome for the rims wasn't too pretty.
