I thought you couldn't do major mods in Finland due to taxation reasons?

Oh, and what about the carbs? How are you going to get around that?

No no, mods are fine and now engineswaps are also ok for tax free cars such as mine.
Oh I'm boosting with the carbs

Your car is now taxation free now? When did that happen? (and why?)

I figured as much with the carbs, but are you going to build a box around them, or use carbs built for boost?

They changed the rules last year (I think it was last year)... Now importing used cars have some new excemptions and taxation was re-done. However, my car has always been tax free, thats why it had stricter rules than those that paid the taxes.

I'm gonna pressurize the webers I have, its pretty easy to do in reality.

Nice. I still want to see your collector, though. I've never really figured out how to have the 4 runners transition smoothly with the collecter pipes.
