I bought these cathodes

I know go ahead and flame me for ricin out my car. But i think it will look awesome. I plan on putting them driver side and passenger side below the dash. Question is where should i get the power from? I figure nows the perfect time considering i ahve my entire dash pulled apart.

cool.. I thought about installing 12V computer stuff on my car before.. like a fan behind the CD player for cooling purposes, but I never get around to it.
