pullies for 4afe/7afe

i've seen many ppl with lightweight pullies for their 4age or what not, but how about the 4afe and 7afe?? why dont a lot of pple put pullies on their 7afe and 4afe? will it do more harm than good to these corollas? so far i've heard to not change the crank pully, but everything else can be swapped for lightweight pullies, is this true? and how about cam gears/shafts? any tips on those?

Because they cost alot, and you dont really get that much gains from them. Plus I've heard some horror stories about them.

I would suppose so, cams would be a lot better investment than some pulleys.
