Hi guys,
Right now I got a Sony cassette player in my car, model XR-CA350, and it is mounted with only two brackets on the side.
I am getting a Jensen CD3010 MP3/CD player used to mount in my car.
Does any one knows if I need an installation kit to fit it into the dash?
Since Jensen is designed to mount in US domestic cars and the Sony in Japanese imports. Anyhow, any help would be appreciated as I am new to the stereo installations.

I can't say for sure, but most brackets fit all types of decks.

no, u don't need an installation kit, just the harness for 99 model corolla, the two small metal brakets on that sony deck should easily come off and mountable on the new jenson deck fairly easy.
