Newbie here, have a few questions

A newbie here, hi everyone. maury from Norwalk, CA

Have a few questions.
I bought the m3 mirrors off ebay for about $48 and pick them up at their place.

Do they suppose to be on when the car is running or just blink when the turning signal is on. ??? Just wondering. Mine just blink !!! Also they blink at a higher rate and so do the ones in the car.

How do I removed and clean my headlighs, they become foggy and look old or is there a different kind of headlights I can fit in my corolla 99??

Was the difference between the alteza and the gunmetal tailights and which will look better in a white corolla

What is the best car alarm availiable so I can keep a eye out on ebay.

How do I go into replacing my stop light into a red neon light. Anybody try it.

Last, what should I expect to pay to get my car re paint it. What is the perfect size for rims and tires the balance out performence and looks????

Last, are black lights legal to use while driving in California, I have tinted windows all around except the windshield. I have mine hook up on the back windshield.

Thank in advance for any help

Amaury

i don't know what M3 mirrors are, but i'm assuming they're the ones on a Benz? if yes then they're only supposed to turn on, or blink when you want to make a turn, with turn signals

altezza and gunmetal (i think you mean CF) lights, really depends on you....i like original red better

and be prepared to pay at least 1K for a GOOD paintjob

Depends on the way they're hooked up inside the mirror, I'm assuming there's no relay on the signal. How did you hook it up?

I would recommend the gun metal lights because the contrast is nice when you have a light coloured car with a dark taillight housing. But that's just personal preference

What is the best car alarm availiable so I can keep a eye out on ebay.

The newest alarm that I recommend to my customers is the two way alarm! It is great because you can keep in touch with your car even when you're away. It has the screen on the remote that shows you the status of your vehicle.

How do I go into replacing my stop light into a red neon light. Anybody try it.

You have to know what the + and - wires are on the brake light. so you can cut it or tap into the factory wires to hook up the red neon light.

what should I expect to pay to get my car re paint it. What is the perfect size for rims and tires the balance out performence and looks????

I can't help you with the paint because I'm in Canada and I'm sure the rates are different. I would recommend 15" light-weight rims if you want performance, for looks and performance, you should probably go with 16".
I'm happy with my 16" check out the link to my car's website under.

I hope that helped.. If you need more details or help, PM me..
Good luck
