AE92 Tuning a 4A-f

Ok walked into my garage this morning to drive to work and found the bonnet on my corolla up, dizzy leads on the floor, ramflo in pieces and a few other bits and pieces pulled off thier mountings.

put everything back on and checked to make sure everything was where it should be, started the rolla and F**K ME, rough as guts idle Engine actually tries to kill itself if I take my foot off the gas (Untill it warms up anyway) and spitting fuel three feet out the exhaust.

I know the Air\Fuel mix is out, can someone enlightnen me on how to reset everything to standard settings.
