AE92 AE92 GT-S Tune-Up!!!

Well, I just finished working on getting everything with my Throttle Position Sensor worked out (pain in the ass to work on) and now I figure it is about time for a tune up. However, I have never done your typical run of the mill tune up. I know I want to buy better spark plug wires (recommendations welcome), oil change (typical), but not sure what else.

What is recommended for a tune up? I just hit the 190,000 mile mark last week! She still runs like a bute for the most part. But help me out here fellas!

-OEM Toyota Wires work best.. if not get TRD, some people also swear by NGK wires. other than that I don't recommend any other wire brands.
-DENSO preferably for spark plugs but NGK are not too bad. Don't get BOSCH
-OEM Toyota Cap and rotor.. they're cheap and they're made for the car, don't buy crappy autoparts brands.

When you do your oil change. Use amsoil, you only have to change it about every 30,000 miles. If you can get that, then at least use synthetic oil. Its better for the engine and you have more options when choosing oils.
