strengthen the chassis or start on mechanic?

Hi, everyone i'm confusing which should i fix first, my ae86 doesn't have a good body when i got this car, here are few info about my car, and need some suggestion from you...

MECHANIC:
Now only the clutch master cyclinder leaking..
and maybe need a new fuel tank sending unit..
i simplely installed the front strut bar, c-pillar bar, intake and exhaust pipe, muffler, new gas tank and a radiator..
everything else are FINE!

BODYlots body work needed!)
Rust fender(can't tell b/c last owner repaint it)

Rust 1/4 panel(can't tell b/c last owner repaint it and it's not original)

Non original rocker panel(in order to fix fender and 1/4 has to fix this first, b/c last owner weld 3 pieces together..)

A little hole right under passenger seat

Rust badly on driver side floor

Two small holes on each side under taillight

And whole car need to repaint again in order to look good..b/c last owner did a grey paint over the original red paint to cover his previous body work..but after few car wash the red paint is showing up again..

so far i took all the carpet and back seats off not only lighten the car but to see the rust and stop the water stay under back seats...so should i fix body first to strengthen the chassis or start on mechanic?
