Site went down, forums still worked, then forums went down, now site back up, but forums still down.

My guess: changing DNS servers at this point, wait a couple days and the forums will be back up too.

EDIT: Verified my theory by editing my HOSTS file and adding the new IP for the forums to it (did a DNS lookup), and the site now loads, so if you can't get the forums right now, your ISP's DNS hasn't resolved yet.
