speed sensor/ speed limiter disabled/ disconnected

T-VIS map type engine.

my speed sensor/ speed limiter from the ecu to the gauge panel is left disabled/ disconnected.

what are the disadvantages of this?

What do you mean by speed sensor... the RPM limiter or the speedometer?

well if you dont have a speed sensor then your speedo doesnt work and if you dont have a speed limiter then you can go as fast as you want untill your car blows up
