the car has 16 valve twin 40 Webbers ajustable cam gears full msd the car is fully gutted do you guys know what this car will run at the track ?? its Rear Wheel drive..

some people say low 13's high 12's

is it true ???

Can't really say, since that's all you've listed as mods. What transmission are you running, T50? Has it an lsd? Are you running slicks? etc., etc.
