Only yellow foglights I've seen lately is the squared ones Canadian Tire sells.. I'm not sure what brand they are.. but I think they might be Hella.

Look for yellow bulbs by Nokya. Apparantly they are the best yellow bulb available without modifying your entire fog-light assembly.

Here is a list of a bunch of decent priced yellow beam fog lights and driving lights. Just bought a set of the HID looks for my Camry.

Fog and driving lights

Hope this helps.

I'd rather get osram or philips bulbs than some Nokya ricerbulbs, that try to copy the nokia brand name.

i know that the TOV's Si put some yellow headlight film on their fog lights. So you might wanna look into that and see what they used.
