Are all 4 plugs firing? are all the injectors firing? Broken motor mount?
Usually if it vibrates under Idle, your down a cylinder causing an imbalance at idle speed

if its idling like crap with the A/C on the A/C idle up VSV is probably stuck closed ,you can try cleaning it with a little throtle body cleaner DO NOT use carburetor cleaner!!!.

they should idle at about 700rpm with all electrics off then if you turn on the lights and radio and stuff it should increase to about 800rpm, to help smooth it out the best thing to do is to give your throttle body a good cleaning, also a tune-up will help if its been a while
