Yeah, the flywheel was meant for celica and mr-s, but then flywheels are really developed to fit the particular engine.

um, actually no.... they are made to fit particular applications..... a 1987 4age in a corolla gts (rwd) and the ae82 gts/mr2 use different flywheels..... in 1987 the 'fwd' trannies got a 212mm flywheel while the ae86 had to keep the 200mm flywheel.....

so, they aren't made for the engine

oohhh.. i see. well in this case though i've checked numerous websites, it seems that when i check between corolla, celica, and mr-s with the same engine, they'll all give me same product codes/numbers for the same flywheel. that's what gave me the green light to go and purchase this flywheel.

the clutch's edge sits perfectly around that circle thats about 1 inche in from the outside.
