Cams question

whats the deal with cams (camshafts, camgears) would it be wise to put cams into my 94 7afe?? if i put camgears on would i have to put camshafts on as well? and visa versa?? also, would i have to modify anything else if i decide to put cams on?? thank u

no real point to doing an adjustable pulley, cams could be done but no one makes them so your strictly looking at having custom cams made..

my advice would be to look at the 7A-GE stuff then you can use 4A-GE cams which are plentiful, set it all up to run on the 7A-FE computer and run a S-AFC or something similar for some fuel tuning....

you will do alot more for the money going 7A-GE

i am positive there are cams for the 7afe, although it doesn't specify it is for the corolla, its specify for the celica, they are the same engine, no? it should fit?? and no....i dont wanna swap heads for 7age, im gonna keep this engine
