i go to touchless washes since they seem to do an ok job on the underside of the car...apart from that...touchless is really...touchless...no dirt or grime really gets off the car.
take it to the coin wash once a week or two just to keep the salt off. and yeah...dry quickly as you don't want it to freeze.
those of you in toronto, looking to do a self cleaning inside, the Esso at Steeles and Yonge is not bad. you drive into the garage, into an available cleaning bay and do your thing there where it is heated and comfortable. they do charge 30 cents a minute...and it does add up, but at least you won't freeze your ass off. if you know of other places, please post up the locations.

My neighbors all look at me like im crazy, they think washing once a week is over doing it..
There all like man your going to rub the clear right off its not like im polishing it.
