clicking noise, should I be concern?

it's only a short *click* sound, and only happens when i shift gears (5-spd manual), usually when i shift slow, but doesn't click when i shift fast or normal fast, should i be concern with this or is this normal? is it only the cluth/transmission engaging?

Without hearing the noise its hard to tell, How loud is it? can you feel it or only hear it?
I would say that if the box still changes as normal its nothing to worry about.
