Maybe you got a blown tire? Or maybe it's the cold weather that caused it... it sometimes does it...
Do you have alloy wheels?
Try to clean them... i mean take the tires off and clean the inside...
The exact thing happen to my ES300 a few days back... took it to my mechanic and he told me that my tires are fine... but the part where the rims come in contact with the tires are dirty caused by the weather... so he took off my tires and showed me the dirty stuff... dunno what is it but you need to grind it off... he did it for me and it's fine now...
