Someone check for drain hole on 88-92

Okay here is the deal. I'm filling a coupla rust holes on the rocker panels.
I am checking the back side of the rocker & rear wheel well seam joint.
On both sides of my car, there seems to be an openning slot in the joint where the wheel well is spot welded to the rocker.
You have to reach under the car to the backside of the rocker/well seam & run your finger down seam to find that possible slot in the joint.
Is this a drain hole slot or a flaw on my car????
Does your car have this little opening in the joint????
It's about an Inch long and you can get a knife blade into it.

IS ANYONE NOT TOO LAZY TO CHECK IF THEIR CAR HAS THESE HOLES?? THANKS!!!
