corollalover New TN User Join Date: Dec 2005 Location: ONTARIO Posts: 2 Gameroom cash: $1500 Thanks: 0 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts iTrader Score: 0 reviews	Corolla 88: V- Belt burning I have a problem with my Toyota Corolla 1988, The V-Belt burnt, there was a strange noise coming out and the steering was so tough ; it lost the power, it used to be ok after a while of driving it! Yesteurday morning i tryed to switch on the engine, but the V-belt was burnt. I changed the V-Belt but i still have the burning V-belt problem with the strange high sound, Do you think i should change the alternater? or is it something else? thank you.
