2003 Corolla S Lighting...

I got a few questions...
I m new to this forum and I just got my girlfriend a 2003 Corolla S.
I wanna change the headlights and fog lights to PIAA Xtreme White lights.
I was told that I need 9006 for the head lights but nobody knows what I need for the foglights...not even the dealerships.
So if anyone knows, can u please let me know if i need an H3 bulb or H4 and how much wattage...
also, a lady from toyota said that if i do replace them then the whole thing can burn and its costs A LOT of money...but if i get the right wattage then nothing can happen, right?
has anyone had problems with PIAA before?
please lemme know, thanks a lot.

...the headlights are 9005 (high) and 9006 (low), the fog lights are H3s (55W). I may have mixed up the high/low beam bulbs though.

i think they trying 2 scare you from using anything not OEM. if same watts it'll be ok, just some times the bulbs burn out quicker, don't last as long.
