timing pulley parts???

Okay, got the 4AFE out of my '91 today. Made a lot of progress, am installing stuff onto the new shortblock. However, I had difficulty getting the timing-belt LOWER pulley off the crank and ended up prying it to the point it is ruined. where can I buy this online or some other place besides the dealer??
how can I get the oil pan cleaned out, theres sludge and bearing crap in it. Maybe a car repair shop will rent me their solvent tank??
A couple of the cam-bearing bolts were only finger tight... Okay to use some sort of locktight on these??
Crank seal adapter bolted to the block, but the bolts don't seem to get tight. Block was brandy new, and bolts looked to not be stripped. What gives??
Thats the only unknows I'm looking at right now. I'm sure there will be more.

Thanks in advance for ideas...

Found the Crank Pulley at rockauto. Probably just use the 'removable' locktight' on those cam bearing bolts. I'll for sure look into the loose bolts on the crank-seal until I figure it out...

Brake cleaner works quite well.

As for threadlocker, I'd probably use loctite 261

Were the bolts correct thread? and did you check the holes if they arent stripped?
